Ive only been able to do a little Yoga here and there,though I have some Tai Chi movements ive used for a couple years.Meditation is good.Looking to learn more Yoga.

I train Martial arts at Red Dragon Kyukido where I also take Hapkido on the side.I have also trined many others.I play bass guitar and percussion with several bands and performing arts.
