Hi everyone - My name is Shelley and I'm an Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher over at It's Yoga Las Vegas - this semester I'm running a series called "The Creative Performer". It's a 9 week Performance Training Intensive that integrates mind, body, intention and personal performance. We'll be using yoga and pranayama techniques combined with contemporary theater practices to to explore and create original performance. The emphasis is on empowering each student's authentic voice, movement and imagination - and to have a blast while doing it!!
