About Me: Harmony Yoga Pilates (HYP) is a beautiful yoga studio and beauty boutique located in the quaint Elmwood district of Berkeley, California. As you walk in you are greeted by an array of bath and beauty products, most of which are organic and earth-friendly, all of which are sure to relax and rejuvenate your soul.
Located behind the boutique, is a large, hardwood floor studio where yoga and pilates instruction takes place daily. There are frequent workshops in the studio, and moreover there are several teachers available for private lessons.
Mats, straps, blocks and bolsters are provided.
