Subject: Hips are Hurting
Content: Can anyone offer some stretching tips? I've been attempting the splits (side and front) and I'm not sure, but I must have strained my hips. Before I could do very well in cobbler's asana (AKA butterfly) but now it is quite painful to try either the splits or cobbler. It seems to be taking a while to heal. Should I still be stretching that area or wait until it feels completely better? And what is the best way to attain the splits?
