I love music. I need music like I need air, water, food and love. I love songs which change peoples hearts and minds for the better and make people think!! John Lennon, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Neil Young, Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits, Joni Mitchell, Joan Baez, Janis Joplin, Nina Simone, Curtis Mayfield to name but a few.

I love music, singing, alternative and holistic therapies, complementary medicine, massage, books, art, cats, Nichiren Buddhism, learning about healthy diet and nutrition, organic food, permaculture, biodynamic agriculture, "zero-energy building", Feng shui, personal and spiritual development, metaphysics, philosophy, theology, swimming, dreaming and some other stuff. xx
